Han Kun is highly experienced with structured finance transactions such as trust plans, asset management plans issued by securities companies, fund management companies, and insurance asset management companies, and business cooperations between financial institutions including banks, trust companies, securities companies, fund management companies, private funds, mezzanine funds, and others.  We provide professional legal services for a variety of structured finance products (including designing deal structures, due diligence, asset restructuring, drafting transaction documents, and providing legal opinions).  Our recent cases include onshore infrastructure REITs, offshore REITs, structured trust plans, structured asset management plans, and others.
