If you formerly worked at Han Kun and wish to keep in touch through email and/or the login portal under the "Alumni" section of the Website, we will collect your email address and/or your login account and password, as well as other personal information that you willingly provide to us. This information enables us to verify your identity as a Han Kun Alumni so that we can provide you with Alumni information and services.
(3) When you use the Website or our WeChat subscription account
When you follow our WeChat subscription account, we will collect your WeChat name and profile photo. When you sign up for our events via the Website and our WeChat subscription account, such as online lectures, seminars, and on-site visits, we may collect your name, contact information, employer's name, title, and email address to confirm your successful registration and to send you event notices.
(4) When you apply for a Han Kun scholarship under the "Social Responsibilities" section of the Website
If you apply for a Han Kun scholarship under the "Social Responsibilities" section on our Website, we will collect your personal information as follows to review your qualifications and to proceed with the scholarship selection process.
a) Your personal information (including name, gender, ethnicity, date of birth, political affiliation, place of birth, contact information, graduation information (including school name, major, contact person and contact information), admission information (including school name, major, contact person, and contact information), referee information (including name, employer's name, title, and contact information), educational background (including school name, academic degree, major, starting and ending dates of each education period), work experience, awards, articles published, legal professional qualifications, language proficiency, and other personal information that you provide to us in the Han Kun Youth Legal Scholarship Application Form);

(5) When you engage us to provide legal services
We may collect from you information regarding any contact person, legal representative, and project team members as necessary for our provision of legal services to you. Such information may include the name, position, title, phone number, email address, and work address of relevant individuals. To the extent necessary for carrying out specific projects, we will also collect other personal information you provide or generate when we provide services to you, such as a copy of the identity card of the legal representative.
