He has participated in numerous equity and asset merger and acquisition deals and initial public offerings of FinTech companies. In the area of financial regulatory compliance, Mr. Quan advises financial institutions (e.g., commercial banks, consumer finance companies, third-party payment institutions, and fund sales companies) on general regulatory issues, formulation of internal policies, and communications with regulatory authorities.
