Work experience

Ms. Zhong specializes in aircraft finance and leasing, general banking and finance matters, bond issuances and asset-backed securitization, and financial institutions establishment and regulatory compliance.  Her legal services mainly include drafting and reviewing transaction documents, legal research, due diligence, representing clients in negotiations, advising on legal matters, and issuing legal opinions.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Zhong interned at King & Wood Mallesons, Zhong Lun Law Firm, the Development Research Center of the State Council, and the Supreme People's Procuratorate.

Educational background

Ms. Zhong received her master's degree from  the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in 2024.  Prior to that, Ms. Zhong graduated with a bachelor's degree in law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law (SWUPL) in  2021.
