As PRC counsel, we have represented Yirendai Ltd. and CNFinance Holdings Limited in their U.S. initial public offerings and listings on the New York Stock Exchange, and Hexindai Inc. on NASDAQ. We have also acted as PRC counsel to the underwriter of Weidai Ltd. for its listing on the New York Stock Exchange.
For HK IPOs, we have facilitated the listing of Yixin Group Limited on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as PRC counsel to the issuer. We also represented Zhongan Insurance and Huifu Payment Limited in their listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as PRC counsel to the underwriter.
