Mr. Wang focuses on aviation finance, international loan, asset securitisation and bond issuance, and financial technology. The legal services provided by Mr. Wang include drafting and reviewing transaction documents, due diligence, providing legal advice and issuing legal opinions.
Mr. Wang has represented domestic and foreign leasing companies, airlines and banks in various types of aircraft transactions, including domestic and cross-border operating leases, financial leases, lease novation, refinancing and lease termination. Mr. Wang is familiar with the registration of rights under the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) and the registration rules of international interests in the International Registry, and has represented both domestic and foreign clients in dealing numerous related matters.
Mr. Wang has been involved in a number of loan projects, mainly responsible for drafting transaction documents, due diligence and issuing legal opinions.
