Mr. Qiu's practice focuses on aircraft finance and leasing, asset-backed securitization and bond issuance, financial institution compliance and data protection, etc. Mr. Qiu's legal services mainly include drafting and reviewing transaction documents, due diligence, providing legal advice, and issuing legal opinions.
Mr. Qiu has represented domestic and foreign leasing companies, airlines, and banks in various types of aircraft finance and leasing projects, including domestic and cross-border operating leases, financial leases, lease novations, re-financings, lease terminations, etc. Mr. Qiu is familiar with registration with the CAAC Right Registry and interest registration with the International Registry; he has represented domestic and foreign clients in numerous related matters.
Mr. Qiu has participated in several asset-backed securitization and bond issuance projects, mainly including accounts receivable and consumer finance asset-backed securitization, etc., for which he was mainly responsible for drafting transaction documents, due diligence, and issuing legal opinions, among other matters.
