Ms. Wang has been engaged as a lawyer and in related work since 2014. She acquired extensive experience as a lawyer and with legal and business practice during her work with Dentons, King & Wood Mallesons, Ping An Real Estate Co., Ltd., and Sealand Securities Co., Ltd. Ms. Wang specializes in financial asset management services, especially REITs, ABS, insurance funds, and private equity funds investment.
In the area of asset-backed securitization, Ms. Wang has been responsible for hundreds of REITs, ABS, ABN, and CLO projects. The types of assets cover receivables (including financial claims of trade in banks), financing lease claims, infrastructure fees and proceeds rights (including PPP), loan claims of banks, small loan and auto loan companies, rights to charge tuition fees, claims of affordable housing, CMBS, and REITs, etc., many of which are first-ever projects in the industry.
In the areas of insurance funds and private equity funds, Ms. Wang has sponsored a number of real estate debt investment plans, equity investment plans, and insurance investment funds.
Ms. Wang has served many clients, including banks, trust companies, insurance companies, auto financing companies, consumer finance companies, financial leasing companies, microcredit companies, and factoring companies, etc. She has extensive experience as a lawyer and corporate counsel and with securities services, and is able to provide comprehensive and diversified legal services to her clients.
