Work experience

Ms. Sun focuses her practice on structured financial products, asset-backed securitization, financial institution compliance, fintech, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, general corporate compliance consulting, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Sun received her LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2018, where she further received her LL.M. degree in 2021.
