Professionals Sheng Lv

Work experience

Mr. Lv specializes in asset securitization products, including REITs, quasi-REITs, ABS, and CMBS.  Mr. Lv also provides legal services related to infrastructure and public-private partnerships (PPP).  His legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Lv interned with King & Wood Mallesons in Beijing.

Educational background

Mr. Lv received his LL.M. degree from Duke University School of Law in 2020.  Prior to that, Mr. Lv graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Master of Law degree and a Bachelor of Law degree.
