ALB China recognizes Han Kun as an “Employer of Choice” for the fourth time

Han Kun has been recognized as a "2016 Employer of Choice" in the ALB China Employer of Choice Rankings 2016 list. This is the fourth time for Han Kun to receive the honor.
According to ALB, Han Kun Law Offices received a 100 percent job satisfaction rate, and more than half of respondents said they are "highly satisfied." One associate remarked, "the firm is in the forefront of the market in terms of business, office atmosphere and remuneration."
95 percent of respondents consider remuneration at Han Kun to be higher than the market standard, and more than half rated it as "far exceeding" the market standard.
According to the list survey, Han Kun's staff are "highly appreciative of the firm's atmosphere, with 92 percent stating that they were very satisfied." One associate stated, "this is a very good platform. Everyone works very hard and is also happy to share his or her experience and knowledge . . . This is a place where your talent can be put to play."
Almost all of the respondents said they feel a strong sense of job security. "I cherish how much I am valued at this firm and the remuneration is good as well," stated one senior associate.
The ALB China Employer of Choice 2016 list was compiled by taking into account responses from more than a thousand law firm employees across China, ranging from managing partners to support staff. The survey was conducted in the months of January and February, and law firms have been ranked based on aspects including job satisfaction, willingness to recommend the firm as an employer of choice, mentorship, remuneration, transparency in the path to partnership, career prospects, job security and other aspects.
