He has participated in projects involving payment and settlement, supply chain finance, commercial factoring, finance leasing, financial product distribution and technology outsourcing, and has advised on business model compliance, product and transaction structuring, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, day-to-day operational compliance, and the application of regulatory requirements. In the area of data protection, Mr. Wu has participated in personal information protection and data security projects for financial institutions and internet companies and has advised on the collection and use of personal information, data sharing and entrusted processing, cross-border data transfers, protection of minors' information, data security risk assessments, and internal compliance systems.
