Work experience

Ms. He specializes in asset securitization products, including REITs, quasi-REITs, ABS, and CMBS.  Ms. He also provides legal services related to infrastructure and public-private partnerships (PPP).  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. He worked in Merits & Tree Law Offices in Beijing.

Educational background

Ms. He graduated from University of International Business and Economics with an LL.M. degree in 2020.  Prior to that, Ms. He graduated from Southwest University of Political Science and Law with an LL.B. degree in 2017.
