In the area of REITs and asset securitization, Ms. Zhang has been deeply involved and is currently assisting in the application and issuance of public REITs for several industrial parks and affordable rental housing projects. Her responsibilities include conducting due diligence, assisting in structuring transactions, drafting, reviewing, and revising legal opinions, preparing transaction documents, and conducting legal research.
In the field of real estate and infrastructure-related investment and financing, Ms. Zhang has participated in the completion or is currently assisting in the advancement of several acquisition projects involving commercial real estate, industrial parks, and affordable rental housing projects.
