Ms. Xiang has represented domestic and international leasing companies, airlines, banks, and other entities in various types of aircraft financing and leasing projects, including domestic and cross-border operating leases, finance leases, lease novations, refinancings, lease terminations, and so on. Ms. Xiang is well-versed in the Civil Aviation Administration of China's (CAAC) rights registration and the rules for international interest registration with the International Registry, having handled numerous related matters on behalf of domestic and international clients.
Ms. Xiang has also participated in several structured finance and asset-backed securitization projects, primarily involving receivables and consumer finance asset securitization, where she was responsible for drafting transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and issuing legal opinions.
