Work experience

Ms. Song specializes in tax planning.  Her legal services include tax consulting and compliance services for enterprise business operations and equity structures, tax consulting and tax declaration services on indirect share transfer transactions and stock incentive plans.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Song had internship experiences with both PRC and Dutch law firms.  She has solid financial and tax knowledge and practice experience.

Educational background

Ms. Song received her Master of Laws degree from Leiden University.  Prior to that, Ms. Song graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree and a Bachelor of Economics degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2022.
