Professionals Mengyue Wang

Work experience

Ms. Wang specializes in real estate, REITs, and insurance fund utilization.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting transaction documents, reviewing transaction structures, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Wang interned with King & Wood Mallesons and worked in an insurance company in Beijing.

Educational background

Ms. Wang graduated in 2017 from the University of International Business and Economics, where she majored in economics and minored in law.  She also obtained a Master of Laws from Peking University of China in 2021.
