Ms. Zi has been working in the legal services industry since 2013. Besides Han Kun Law Offices, she has served as a legal counsel at a private equity investment fund and interned in the Beijing office of a U.S. law firm. Ms. Zi specializes in Chinese domestic and cross-border venture capital and private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, reorganizations, foreign investment, general corporate and other matters. She has represented a variety of venture capital funds, private equity funds, strategic investors, start-ups, large domestic and overseas enterprises, and has extensive practical experience across a variety of industries.
