Work experience

Mr. Wang specializes in asset securitization products, including REITs, quasi-REITs, ABS, and CMBS.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Wang worked for another leading law firm in China.

Educational background

Mr. Wang graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a Master of Common Law (MCL) degree.  Prior to that, Mr. Wang graduated from Sun Yat-sen University with a Bachelor of Law degree.
