Work experience

Ms. Chen specializes in the formation and operation of domestic and foreign private investment funds and AMAC filings for private investment fund management companies and private investment funds.  Her legal services include drafting and reviewing fund transaction documents, conducting due diligence, general corporate compliance, legal research, and other matters.

Educational background

Ms. Chen obtained her LL.B. degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2020, and received her LL.M. (International & Comparative Law) degree in 2021 from the National University of Singapore.
