Work experience

Ms. Li mainly focuses her practice on fintech, financial regulatory, personal financial information protection, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services mainly include advising fintech companies on developing financial products, due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, advising companies on personal information protection assessments, and optimization and general corporate compliance consulting.  Additionally, Ms. Li has participated in several acquisition and investment projects related to fintech companies.

Educational background

Ms. Li graduated from Nanjing University with an LL.B. degree in 2018, and an LL.M. degree in 2021.
