Professionals Yanan Jiang

Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Jiang interned with King & Wood Mallesons.
Ms. Jiang specializes in banking and finance, aircraft finance and leasing, real estate and infrastructure, and REITs and asset-backed securities.  Her legal services mainly include drafting and reviewing transaction documents, legal research, translating legal documents, and due diligence.

Educational background

Ms. Jiang graduated from University of International Business and Economics with an LL.M. degree.  Prior to that, Ms. Jiang received her bachelor's degree from the China University of Political Science and Law.
