Mr. Nie provides legal services for REITs and asset securitization projects, private equity funds, and real estate and infrastructure projects.
Mr. Nie has extensive experience with REITs and asset securitization and has been responsible for or deeply involved in many innovative projects. At the same time, he actively assists the CSRC, the National Development and Reform Commission, stock exchanges, and other regulatory authorities to promote the formulation of public REITs and pilot projects. After the introduction of the guidelines for public offering of infrastructure REITs, Mr. Nie has participated in the pilots of multiple publicly offered infrastructure REITs.
Mr. Nie is familiar with the procedures and specifications of insurance fund utilization and private equity funds, and has participated in many representative projects on behalf of large top-tier insurance companies and insurance asset management companies.
