Ms. Li specializes in corporate M&A, particularly financial institution, tech and FinTech M&A transactions, and financial industry regulation. In the area of transaction services, Ms. Li advises international financial institutions and private equity firms on their investments and activities in China, including investments in banks and insurance companies, the establishment of financial institutions, and the acquisition of equity interests in FinTech companies. In the area of financial regulatory, Ms. Li provides advice relating to Chinese financial markets to multiple leading international financial institutions and FinTech companies, including advice on regulatory regimes, market access, compliance and trading activities. In the area of personal financial information protection, Ms. Li provides services related to compliance issues for multiple FinTech companies and financial institutions, including the formulation of policies and personal information impact assessments. In the area of financial ESG, Ms. Li advises various financial institutions on implementing their ESG compliance strategies.
