Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Cheng practiced for several years with JunHe LLP and completed an internship with Perkins Coie LLP.
Mr. Cheng focuses on intellectual property matters in China and the United States, including IP-related dispute resolution and litigation, patent prosecution and invalidation, IP transactions, IP due diligence, FTO analysis, and technology import and export compliance. Mr. Cheng has handled intellectual property matters involving a variety of fields such as semiconductors, telecommunications, electricity, machinery, medical devices, optics, chemistry, biotechnology, and others. He has extensive experience providing legal services to both domestic and multinational clients.
