Work experience

Mr. Liang specializes in mergers and acquisitions, trusts, private equity, and asset-backed securitizations.  He has represented many well-known real estate enterprises and financial institutions.  Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Liang worked for four years in the Real Estate and Infrastructure Department of Zhong Lun Law Firm (Beijing office).

Educational background

Mr. Liang received his bachelor's degree in 2015 from the China University of Political Science and Law and later obtained his LL.M. degree in 2016 from the University of California at Los Angeles.
