Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Yan was an associate at Clifford Chance's Shanghai and Beijing offices.
Mr. Yan specializes in financial services and regulatory, cross-border financing, asset management, and general corporate matters. He advises onshore and offshore financial institutions on issues related to mergers and acquisitions, asset management, and cross-border investment. Mr. Yan has extensive experience in representing banks, corporations, and institutional borrowers on cross-border financing and syndicated and bilateral secured and unsecured lending. He has also participated in several overseas initial public offering and corporate bond issuance projects.
