Work experience

Ms. Fan mainly specializes in onshore and offshore listings and refinancings, restructurings and reorganizations, venture capital and private equity investment, and mergers and acquisitions.  Ms. Fan has extensive experience in IPOs, private placements, and material asset restructurings in the A-share market.  Ms. Fan has also assisted many investment funds, start-ups, and growth companies in handling legal affairs related to investment and financing.
Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Fan had practiced as a lawyer for four years in China: from September 2015 to April 2016, Ms. Fan was an associate in the Guangzhou office of King & Wood Mallesons; and from July 2017 to August 2020, Ms. Fan was an associate in the Shenzhen office of Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Educational background

Ms. Fan graduated from Law School of Sichuan University with an LL.B. degree in 2014.  She later graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School with an LL.M. degree in 2015.
