Work experience

Mr. Zhao specializes in aircraft finance and leasing, banking and finance, fintech, and general corporate matters.  His legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Zhao obtained his Master's degree in International Law from Fudan University in 2020.  Prior to that, Mr. Zhao graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Law from Fudan University in 2017.
