Professionals Shiyi (Kevin) Xue

Work experience

Mr. Xue specializes in REITs and asset-backed securities, real estate, and infrastructure.  His legal services mainly include conducting due diligence, providing PRC legal opinions, drafting and revising transaction documents, legal research, and translating legal documents.  Mr. Xue has participated in a broad range of asset securitization products, including many REIT public offerings, REIT types, and other ABS products.
In addition, Mr. Xue has been involved in several venture capital and private equity financing transactions and IPO projects and has provided legal services for listed companies.

Educational background

Mr. Xue graduated with an LL.B. degree from the Shanghai University of Political Science and Law and then obtained his LL.M. degree and J.D. degree from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
