April 19, 2024, Han Kun was invited by the American Chamber of Commerce in China ("AmCham China") to join an all-star panel aimed at further discussing the key changes introduced by the new Company Law (the "New Law") for English speakers. As one of the invited panelists, Han Kun partner Ray Shi, along with other esteemed panelists, delved into the practical implications of the New Law for companies, shareholders, company officers, and other stakeholders.
