Han Kun represents Everbright Holdings in Forming Hunan Everbright Holdings FoF with Caixin Financial

Han Kun recently represented Everbright Holdings in jointly setting up the RMB 5.1 billion Hunan Everbright Holdings fund of funds with Hunan Caixin Financial Holdings Group Co., Ltd. ("Caixin Financial", which represents the Hunan Emerging Industry Guidance Fund). The fund of funds will focus on investing in emerging industries such as advanced manufacturing, information technology and biomedical science and health in Hunan Province. This is the first fund invested in by Hunan Emerging Industry Guidance Fund.

The Han Kun investment funds team represented Everbright Holdings in structuring the fund entities, documenting the fund’s legal arrangements and engaging in a series of negotiation rounds with Caixin Financial.
