Han Kun named “ALB Employer of Choice” for the sixth time

Han Kun has been recognized as a "2018 Employer of Choice" in the ALB China Employer of Choice Rankings 2018. This is the sixth time for Han Kun to receive the honor.

According to the ALB report, Han Kun Law Offices has a 97% employee satisfaction rate among the survey's respondents. More than 70% of the respondents believe that Han Kun has a good working atmosphere. 95% of respondents believe that the firm can provide employees with good training and career development opportunities. A lawyer who has recently entered Han Kun stated: "Han Kun has a good passing-on-experience culture. The firm provides employees with a clear picture of their future development. Juniors can receive patient guidance from their seniors." Another lawyer said: "Han Kun is a law firm full of vitality and vigor. There, people can work happily and comfortably, which is different from many traditional domestic law firms."

The 2018 Employer of Choice survey was launched in February and received more than 1,300 responses from employees of different law firms during the one-month survey period. The research team ranked the law firms based upon factors including job satisfaction, salary level, salary structure and overall wage transparency, training opportunities and career development opportunities, opportunities to receive professional guidance, transparency in the path to partnership, teamwork, knowledge management and IT technology support, work-life balance, career development prospects, and the willingness to recommend the firm as an employer of choice.
