Han Kun Successfully Holds "Chinese Enterprise Investment in Europe" Seminars

Han Kun Law Offices, LexisNexis and the Italian law firm—Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners (GOP) successfully held several seminars regarding "Chinese Enterprise Investment in Europe" in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Beijing. The seminars concluded at Han Kun’s Beijing office on November 17, 2016.

At the seminars, GOP shared insights on popular areas of overseas investment in Europe and led discussions about M&A in Italy and Chinese companies investing in Italy with third parties.

Han Kun partners, Mr. Jason Wang, Mr. David Tang, Mr. Chen Ma and Ms. Gloria Xu gave speeches that thoroughly analyzed related issues from a PRC legal perspective.

The Shenzhen seminar was hosted at the Futian Shangri-la Hotel. The other two seminars were hosted at the Han Kun Beijing and Shanghai offices, respectively. The seminars attracted many enterprises and investment institutions. Italian consular officials based in China also attended the seminars. Han Kun prepared tables full of exquisite desserts and drinks for participants who engaged in networking following the seminars.
