Jiangsu Xinshiyun Technology Joint Stock Limited Company (“Xinshiyun”) has successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations. Han Kun, as legal counsel, provided legal services to Xinshiyun for its listing application.

Xinshiyun is a leading Internet judicial publicity service provider, and its major businesses include providing trial publicity services and new media operating services. Xinshiyun is dedicated to providing the courts with information gathering, information processing, information disclosure and information storage system solutions to assist courts to provide the public with live trial broadcasts, trial audio and video broadcasts, judicial document disclosure and other services via public platforms, including official court websites, Sina.com, Sina Weibo, its official WeChat account, and official court apps.

Han Kun's services primarily included designing the listing plan, legal due diligence, assisting in completion of a share restructuring and issuing legal opinions.
