Kidswant (“Kidswant”) has dismantled its red-chip structure and has successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations. Han Kun, as legal counsel, provided legal services to Kidswant for its red-chip restructuring and listing application.

Kidswant is a data-driven, innovative and comprehensive maternal and child services provider, dedicated to providing integrated shopping solutions for clothing, food, housing, transportation and teaching to mothers and children aged between 0-14 years old. Kidswant explores consumer data and has energetically developed an all-around services strategy, with the aspiration to provide a better lifestyle to all Chinese new families.

Han Kun primarily assisted in designing the red-chip restructuring plan, legal due diligence, share structure reforms and issuing legal opinions.
