Han Kun Shanghai Office Holds Seminar on the MAH System

On the afternoon of October 20, 2016, the Han Kun Shanghai office held a seminar regarding the marketing authorization holder (MAH) system. The senior officers, general counsel, persons in charge of R&D and persons in charge of registration matters from more than 20 multinational and domestic pharmaceutical companies, such as Roche, Baxter, Sanofi, Takeda, MSD, Sumitomo, Daiichi-Sankyo, Shire, Xian Janssen, Ferring, Profex, Sino-American Shanghai Squibb, Shanghai Pharmaceutical Group, Luoxin Pharmacy Group, Shanghai General Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., Shanghai Harvest Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Tianci International Pharmaceutical attended the seminar. At the seminar, officers from the Shanghai Medical Information Research Institute and the Shanghai Pharmaceutical Industry Association gave presentations with respect to progress made in implementing the MAH pilot program in Shanghai.
