Han Kun ranks as a Tier 1 PRC Law Firm in the ALB M&A Rankings for the third consecutive year

Han Kun has been ranked as a Tier 1 Law PRC Firm in the Asian Legal Business 2016 M&A Rankings based on its major role in many recent high profile transactions. This the third consecutive year for Han Kun to be ranked as a Tier 1 M&A firm.
The research covered the period spanning from July 2015 to July 2016, including both ongoing work and matters that were closed during this timeframe. The results were drawn from law firm submissions, Thomson Reuters M&A data, interviews, editorial resources and market suggestions to identify and rank the top M&A law firms in Asia.
In recent years, Han Kun has been involved in many high-profile M&A deals. The firm's outstanding performance in its M&A practice has been recognized by many international authoritative legal ranking institutions, including "Tier 1 Corporate and M&A China Firm" by Legal500 Asia Pacific (2015), "Firm of the Year in China - Corporate and M&A" by Asian-Mena Counsel (2015), and one of the "Top 10 PRC law firms by value of M&A deals in China" by China Business Law Journal (2016).
