Han Kun and Shanghai Pudong Medical Device Trade Association jointly Host Training Seminar

2016-09-02

On September 2, 2016, Han Kun Law Offices and Shanghai Pudong Medical Device Trade Industry Association jointly held a seminar entitled "Commercial Bribery and Unfair Competition in the Medical Device Industry" in the Biomedical Park of the Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone. Over 60 legal and compliance personnel from 32 medical device companies attended the seminar.

Four Han Kun partners, Mr. Chen Ma, Mr. Andy Liao, Mr. Min Zhu and Mr. Will Huang attended the seminar and respectively gave presentations regarding antitrust and compliance issues in the medical device industry, civil litigation against unfair competition, legal issues related to commercial bribery and laws and regulations related to EFA business models. Their opinions were well received by the audience. Subsequently, the partners also answered questions from the attendees with respect to practical problems encountered during business operations.
