Han Kun Law Offices and its Hong Kong Associate Law Firm have represented Huarong International Financial Holdings Limited (HKSE Stock Code: 993) and its subsidiaries (“Huarong Financial Holdings”) in corporate finance transactions since the beginning of 2016. Huarong Financial Holdings invested in Hong Kong listed companies (such as Stellar Mega Media, Crown International, Credit China and Golden Horse Dragon Lake) as well as PRC enterprises. The aggregate amount of these transactions is at least HK$2.2 billion.

Huarong Financial Holdings is a subsidiary of China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd., a large state-owned enterprise in China. The company provides the services of securities brokerage, investment banking, futures and asset management in Hong Kong.

Han Kun and its Hong Kong Associate Law Firm drafted and/or reviewed legal documents, participated in various negotiations, led transaction closings, conducted due diligence reviews as well as provided general legal consultancy services in these transactions.
