On June 14, 2016, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (“HKEX”), jointly with the Shunde People’s Government and related organizations, held the Shunde Enterprises Development Summit & Listing Finance Conference. The Conference is designed to give Shunde companies an overview and better understanding of the capital markets in Hong Kong, including preparatory work for listing in Hong Kong, the newest developments in Hong Kong listing regulations, the legal and regulatory framework for listing, etc.

At the invitation of the HKEX Mainland Affairs Department, Han Kun partner Jason Wang and Hong Kong associate firm partner Felix Miao lectured at the conference and shared with the audience their rich experience in inbound and outbound capital markets.
