Shanghai HyperS Data Technology, Inc. (“HyperS Data”) has successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations. Han Kun acted as legal counsel for HyperS Data with respect to the listing application.

HyperS Data is an integrated services provider of big data application solutions in the context of the Internet. The company helps customers to realize user-centered data management by assisting them to build big data monitoring and analytical platforms and to optimize their Internet marketing programs. Since its incorporation, HyperS Data has provided big data application services to many well-known enterprises, such as Nielsen, iResearch, Sina, iFeng, General Electric, General Motors, PingAn Finance, and 9You, etc.

Han Kun primarily assisted with legal due diligence, share structure reforms, designing the transaction scheme and providing legal opinions.
