Han Kun wins "Private Equity Law Firm of the Year" at the ALB China Law Awards 2016

Asian Legal Business recently announced the winners of the ALB China Law Awards 2016. Han Kun won "Private Equity Law Firm of the Year" based on its outstanding performance in PE last year.

Han Kun has tremendous experience in private equity investment and related legal matters. In resent years, Han Kun has provided services to many VC/PE funds in a large number of their project investments. Each year, Han Kun helps companies to close hundreds of VC/PE investments on average, and has been consistently recognized as a top VC/PE PRC law firm by authoritative international legal rankings, such as Chambers and Partners, IFLR1000 and Asian Legal Business (ALB).

The ALB China Law Awards is now in its 13th year. Each year, these awards are presented for the most innovative deals from the previous year that have a significant China focus, as well as the firms that worked on them.
