Han Kun and Partner Charles Li included in ALB China's Power List 2016

Asian Legal Business recently published ALB China's Power List 2016, which names the 10 most influential law firms and lawyers in the country. Han Kun Law Offices and partner Charles Li are honored to be included in this list based on their exceptional performance in 2015.
“Han Kun focuses on cross-border and domestic transactions, and is famous for its legal expertise in areas like TMT, PE, M&A and investment funds. Han Kun, with over 160 lawyers and 34 partners, became the latest firm to be included in ALB's 2015 Top 50 Largest Law Firms in Asia list and, on shored up by its overall strength, and was also ranked among China's Top 30 Largest Law Firms.
In ALB's 2015 M&A ranking, Han Kun was among China's Tier-1 M&A firms by virtue of its excellent performance. In addition, the firm starred in JD.com's acquisition of Tencent’s e-commerce business, a transaction that attracted wide attention in the legal industry and was ALB's M&A Deal of the Year in 2015.
In the ALB 2015 Employer of Choice survey, Han Kun got a 100 percent job satisfaction rating, making it one of China's best law employers. Specifically, 93 percent of respondents believed they would ‘definitely’ or ‘be very likely to’ remain with the firm in the next five years.
