Han Kun represents Qiniu in its Series D equity financing

Han Kun recently represented Qiniu, a leading domestic cloud services provider, in its series D financing transaction. The investors include Harvest Investment, F&G Venture, Telstra, Shanghai Zhangjiang Science & Technology Venture Capital and Shanghai (Z.J.) Holdings Limited, etc., as well as existing investors from previous funding rounds.
Han Kun primarily assisted in the due diligence investigation, designing the transaction framework, preparing various transaction documents, participating in the negotiation process, and other relevant legal consultation services.
