Han Kun has been honored as "Firm of the Year", and for three deals which have each been recognized as "Deals of the Year" by China Business Law Journal Awards 2015.

Due to our outstanding performance in 2015, Han Kun has been honored as "Private Equity & Venture Capital Firm of the Year" and "Technology, Media and Telecommunications Firm of the Year".

Also, three deals handled by Han Kun were recognized as China Business Law Journal's "2015 Deals of the Year". They are: Didi Dache's merger with Kuaidi Dache (US$7 billion) - "M&A in China Deal of the Year", Tencent and JD.com's investment into Bitauto Holdings (US$1.56 billion) - "Private Equity and Venture Capital Deal of the Year", and GSK's three-part transaction with Novartis (US$21.25 billion) - "Antitrust Deal of the Year".
