Beijing Ubox Online Technology Limited (“Ubox”) has successfully dismantled its Red Chip Structure and listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations. Han Kun, as legal counsel, provided legal services to Ubox for the company’s dismantling of its Red Chip Structure and listing application.

Ubox mainly engages in selling food, drinks, and other fast-moving consumer goods through intelligent automatic vending machines both online and offline.

Han Kun primarily assisted with designing the reorganization plan, legal due diligence, share structure reform and providing legal opinions.
