Han Kun (Associated law firm in Hong Kong) invited to deliver lecture on Rules and Regulations Relating to Hong Kong Listed Companies at HKEX’s Training Course

From 22-26 March, 2016, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited ("HKEX"), jointly with Xiamen University, will present the 2016 Annual Training Course for Mainland Companies Seeking Hong Kong Listing. (the "Course"). The Course is designed to prepare mainland companies for listing in Hong Kong and will give an overview of the Hong Kong listing regime, including the preparatory works for listing in Hong Kong, the newest developments of Hong Kong listing regulations, legal and regulatory framework for listing, etc.

At the invitation of the Mainland Affairs Department of HKEX, Han Kun (Associated law firm in Hong Kong) will speak on the topic of "Overview on Rules and Regulations Relating to Hong Kong Listed Companies" on 23rd March.

Senior management of mainland companies seeking for Hong Kong listings will attend the course and require to submit their listing plan in the course enrollment.
