Han Kun provides legal services to CCB Trust for newly launched Artwork Consumption Trust Product

2016-02-15

CCB Trust Co., Ltd. ("CCB Trust”) recently launched an artwork consumption trust product in which CCB Trust is cooperating with China Construction Bank Beijing Branch and "Art Nova 100." The project is consumer-oriented in nature, investors do not need to give much thought to identification, valuation, liquidity and other investment issues, and can instead select artwork for consumption according to their own preferences. CCB Trust and the third party agent also act to eliminate various concerns which investors may have about the consumption of artwork, such as lack of transparency.

Han Kun, as CCB Trust’s legal counsel, provided legal services for the project.
