Han Kun's Beijing office promotes one counsel to partner and one senior associate to counsel

Han Kun Law Offices is pleased to announce the promotion of Jun Zhu from counsel to partner, and Loretta Li from senior associate to counsel. These promotions became effective on January 1, 2015.
Jun Zhu is an experienced banking and finance lawyer with particular expertise in financial institution formation, aircraft financing, bank and loan financing, and real estate financing. He has represented Asian Development Bank, commercial banks, and project companies in infrastructure and energy project financings. He has helped establish various types of financial institutions, and continually acts as their permanent legal counsel following their formation. He advises on many cross-border and domestic loan transactions. He has also represented banks, project owners, and developers in real estate financing business.
Loretta Li specializes in venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and domestic and international initial public offerings and restructurings. Through years of experience in these fields, she has developed expertise in relevant laws and regulations, transaction structure, investment, and deal management. Ms. Li's extensive and diverse client base includes multinationals, established companies, start-ups, and emerging companies in the Internet, telecommunications, information technology, biotechnology, health care, and pharmaceuticals industries.
Mr. Zhu and Ms. Li work primarily in the firm's Beijing office.
